Diane Cohen lives in Citrus Hills with her husband, Bob Cohen, who is the owner of Bottom Line Bookkeeping & Tax Service, Inc. located in downtown Inverness. They have four grown children and six grandchildren. Diane and Bob are Christians, and members of Seven Rivers Presbyterian Church in Lecanto, Florida.

Born and raised in Manchester, New Hampshire, Ms. Cohen worked as a real estate sales broker for several years prior to moving to Florida in 1991. She then began working as an executive assistant and paralegal for a large real estate development company.

In 1997, Ms. Cohen became a volunteer guardian ad litem, representing abused and neglected children in court. That experience inspired her to pursue a career in law.

In 1999, Ms. Cohen received her Associate in Arts degree in pre-law from Central Florida Community College; in 2001, her Bachelor of Arts degree in criminology from the University of Florida; and finally, in 2004, her Juris Doctor degree from the University of Florida. Ms Cohen is now licensed to practice law in the State of Florida. Her areas of practice include Wills & Trusts, Guardianships, Probate, Homeowners Associations, and Business Entities.
